How ProFlow360 syncs with QuickBooks

Connect from Settings → Integrations
Open the integrations panel inside ProFlow360 and click Connect on the QuickBooks Online card.
Authorize in Intuit's OAuth flow
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and approve the requested scopes through Intuit's standard OAuth screen.
Map customer and tax fields
Match ProFlow360 customer fields to QuickBooks fields and pick the default tax codes that should apply to synced invoices.
Pick sync direction
Choose one-way (ProFlow360 to QuickBooks) or two-way sync per data type — customers, invoices, payments, and expenses can each be configured separately.
Verify with a test invoice
Send a sample invoice from ProFlow360 and confirm it appears in QuickBooks with the correct customer, line items, and tax totals.
What data syncs
Each data type can be set to one-way or two-way sync independently in Settings → Integrations.

Setup in 10 minutes
Before you start, make sure you have the following in place. Most teams complete connection in about 10 minutes.
- Active QuickBooks Online subscription (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced).
- Admin or Company Administrator access in QuickBooks Online.
- Owner or Admin role on your ProFlow360 organization.
- A default tax code configured in QuickBooks for synced invoices.
