- Does ProFlow360 offer a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with access to the residential property management workspace. No credit card required to start.
- Can I switch plans as my team grows?
- You can upgrade or downgrade as your portfolio and team grow. Changes take effect immediately and prorated credits are automatically applied.
- What payment options do you support?
- We accept major credit cards and ACH for subscription billing. Stripe-hosted payment links are available for approved tenant charges and statement-related workflows. Tenant rent collection and owner payout rails are handled separately through configured trust-account workflows and are not launched as automated provider payouts yet.
- Is onboarding assistance available?
- Professional and Enterprise accounts receive guided onboarding, portfolio import help, lease workflow setup, and accounting configuration support.
