ProFlow360 integrations for residential rental teams
ProFlow360 keeps residential rental records organized around properties, units, owners, residents, leases, charges, deposits, maintenance, and inspections. At launch, supported integration paths focus on Stripe-hosted Checkout for tenant payments, SMTP delivery for outbound messages, structured exports, and custom API workflow planning. Deeper accounting, mailbox, SMS, and automation connectors are planned as the product matures.
Prepare accounting data for external bookkeeping systems
ProFlow360's property accounting model tracks charges, payments, expenses, trust accounts, security deposits, owner statements, and resident balances inside the platform. For teams that keep a separate general ledger in QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or another accounting system, launch workflows should use exports and API-based mapping while native accounting connectors remain on the roadmap. Learn more in our onboarding guide.
Accept online payments with Stripe-hosted Checkout
ProFlow360 uses Stripe-hosted Checkout for supported tenant portal payment flows so sensitive payment details remain with the processor. Payment events can update approved charge status and keep processor references attached to the right resident ledger. Additional payment providers and advanced payment workflows should be treated as roadmap items until they are explicitly configured in the product. Combine payments with automation workflows to plan operational follow-up when payments succeed.
Send email today and plan mailbox sync later
ProFlow360 can send outbound owner, resident, vendor, and team messages through configured SMTP delivery. Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, mailbox sync, open tracking, reply capture, and shared calendar availability should be described as planned connector work unless a specific workspace has scoped an API workflow. Template libraries can still standardize owner updates, resident notices, vendor coordination, and payment reminders inside ProFlow360.
