- You upgrade to the next tier. Users above your plan's limit aren't auto-billed — ProFlow360 won't quietly add per-seat charges to your invoice.

- The plan price is your ProFlow360 monthly cost for that tier. Stripe and other third-party integrations may have their own provider fees, and some implementation work may be scoped separately when a team requests custom setup.
- Can I cancel anytime?
