Short answer
RentCheck is an inspection app built around tenant-guided inspections, with iOS and Android apps, side-by-side comparison, itemized deduction reports and integrations with AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine and others, priced per door. ProFlow360 is operator-led, on iPhone and web, priced per workspace, with a read-only Rentvine sync and sealed, revisioned move-out records.

| Reports and sharing | PDF or shareable link; move-out reports shared for digital sign-off | PDF reports; expiring, revocable links to one issued revision |
Who is RentCheck best for, and who is ProFlow360 best for?
RentCheck fits if
- You want residents to complete most inspections themselves, at scale.
- Automated reminders and two-way PMS sync matter more than anything else.
- Your team or residents use Android.
ProFlow360 fits if
- Your inspections are done by your own staff and you want them to the same standard every time.
- You want an issued deduction record that is sealed, with corrections kept as revisions.
- You would rather pay per workspace than per door as the portfolio grows.
Where is RentCheck stronger?
- A resident-first workflow with guided self-inspections and reminders.
- Android and iOS apps.
- Two-way data flow with Rentvine and several other PMS platforms.
- Digital sign-off on move-out reports.
Where is ProFlow360 different?
- Operator-led capture from room-by-room templates with required shots; resident links are available but not the core model.
- Issued records are sealed at the database level, and corrections add a revision instead of editing what was sent.
- The Rentvine connection is read-only: nothing is written back.
- Per-workspace pricing that does not grow with door count.

What happens if you switch from RentCheck?
RentCheck inspections stay in RentCheck; ProFlow360 does not import them. Start with the next move-in so the full comparison happens at that tenancy’s move-out. Rentvine users can connect the read-only sync to bring the property list across.

Questions about RentCheck and ProFlow360
Does RentCheck integrate with Rentvine?
Yes. RentCheck’s Rentvine page describes units, residents and leases syncing into RentCheck, and report PDFs and work orders going back to Rentvine. ProFlow360’s Rentvine connection only reads.
Can residents do their own inspections in ProFlow360?
Yes. ProFlow360 can send a resident a self-inspection link that needs no account, expires, and locks on submit. It is a complement to operator inspections rather than the core workflow, which is where RentCheck focuses.
How is pricing different?
RentCheck states per-door monthly pricing and shows prices after you enter a door count. ProFlow360 prices per workspace, not per door or per seat.
