Questions about CompanyCam and ProFlow360

Can property managers use CompanyCam for move-out inspections?

They can take and share timestamped photos with it. CompanyCam’s pages do not describe move-in vs move-out comparison, resident self-inspection or PMS integration, which are the parts property managers usually need at move-out.

How does pricing compare?

CompanyCam lists plans with user limits and charges for additional users, as of October 2026. ProFlow360 prices per workspace, so adding inspectors does not change the price.

Does ProFlow360 do photo markup like CompanyCam?

Yes. ProFlow360 has arrow, box, circle, draw and text markup on photos, shown in comparisons, evidence packages and PDFs.
